I was happy with hotel's exceptionally nice and stunning location in the middle of the city. The staff was affable, always there to help. The double room was reasonably spacious, had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. There was a bathtub, a plus for me.

The place is lovely and has beautiful location in the middle of the city. I will be back and would recommend to all.

The restaurant staff stood out as friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. I enjoyed the comfort of my Superior Double Room, equipped with soundproofed walls, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I faced significant issues with the front desk. There was no one available when I arrived, leaving me waiting for check-in without any communication. Despite requesting housekeeping, my room often went uncleaned, forcing me to repeatedly ask for new towels. I found that frustrating, especially when I expected better service, given the hotel's nice atmosphere.
